Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items Innerwear, personal care products, and items marked as non-returnable cannot be returned unless defective.

3. Defective or Wrong Items If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.

4. Refund Process Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. COD orders receive refund via bank transfer or store credit.

5. Return Shipping For eligible returns due to change of mind, return shipping may be borne by the customer. Defective/wrong items qualify for free return pickup.

6. Cancellation Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, our return policy applies.
